Yogesh is a successful media and entertainment entrepreneur. As Personiva’s CEO, he helps define the company's mission, manage its fast growth, recruit top talent in multiple locations worldwide, guide its technology and product development, and establish strong relationships across the industry. Prior to Personiva, he was the co-founder and editor-in-chief of siliconindia, a magazine, web site, and events company for South Asian professionals worldwide with over 500,000 regular users. Before siliconindia, he was a television director and producer in India where he directed over 400 prime-time television shows. He holds a BA in Physics and a MA in Philosophy from Delhi University.

Ajitpal is focused on driving revenue and market strategy for Personiva’s Personalized Advertising Platform. Prior to joining Personiva, Ajitpal was VP of Media Sales West at Adify. Before Adify, Ajitpal spent 2 ½ years at DoubleClick in sales ranging from their Analytics products to Advertiser and Publisher solutions. Ajitpal brings over 9 years of digital advertising, analytics, content delivery and media experience to the team. Ajitpal’s online career also includes selling and transitioning enterprise applications into web-based hosted applications at Sales Force Automation provider UpShot.com. Previous to UpShot, Ajitpal led product and operations teams for HMT Technology. Ajitpal holds a Bachelor in Finance from California State University Hayward.

Ray leads Personiva’s product management efforts. He brings with him many years of product and engineering experience in the high tech industry. Prior to Personiva, Ray has held senior product roles at Yahoo!’s Search Engine Marketing division and at eBay’s PayPal unit. He has also held engineering and management roles at Hewlett-Packard and Tyan Computer. Ray has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Art oversees the management of Personiva’s client relationships. Prior to Personiva, he was a beat reporter and freelance journalist for publications such as The Boston Globe and the managing editor of siliconindia. He has also worked on Global Knowledge Management for law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. He holds a BA from Stanford University.

Sanjay drives Personiva’s creative direction and the delivery of its products and services. Sanjay Sharma has 20 years of experience in India's film and television industry, producing and directing films, documentaries, national live event coverage, game shows, fictional and non-fictional TV series and corporate films. Over the span of his career he has produced over 75 Documentary and Educational films. He has worked for or provided content to top media and entertainment companies in India, including Sony Entertainment Television, Zee Television, Star TV Network and The Times of India Group. Immediately prior to co-founding Personiva, Sanjay was the Executive Producer of the Indian version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" and also produced a feature film. He holds a MA in Visual Media from Mass Communications Research Centre, Delhi.

Ashok manages Personiva’s technology development, serving as the key architect and driving force behind the design and realization of Personiva’s products. He brings to Personiva over a decade of experience in technology development and engineering management at the highest levels of the Indian IT industry. Most recently he headed the Software Development and DBA teams at Aditya Birla Minacs (formerly Transworks), an 11,000 person multinational BPO firm. He has held positions as a programmer and manager at several top-tier technology companies, including Boston Computers and ARDL.
